You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging with the box, and include your order number.

To start a return, email support@itsagirlyplace.com with your reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exclusions
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
For a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, contact support@itsagirlyplace.com.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
A Girly Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For protection, add Route Shipping Protection at checkout and file claims directly with Route if issues occur.
Please ensure all return requests are submitted promptly to remain eligible.
